We have to go back to the subject that was discussed with all of you regarding arriving of your people to countries where they are planning to work.
First and the most important - we won't invest in your people anymore because of your unavailability to properly communication with your applicants and inform them about details of arriving.
We were doing our best and never let any applicant down but it caused for us many problems including financial.
Due to all these complications we are forced to take following actions:
If we weren't informed of arriving within a minimum of 7 working days the applicant will be suspended.
If the arriving form wasn't filled in the correct time with all the details - applicant will be suspended.
If applicant doesn't have enough money with the upon arrival - applicant will be suspended.
Applicant will be suspended means that the visa/TRP will be voided and applicant will be reported to the Migration Departments of needed country.
Therefore reminding you of following details:
All applicants who has received visa/TRP have to arrive to the destination country within 30 days from the date of collecting their TRP/visa.
All applicants need to have with them enough funds to complete processing of their long stay files in the country of arrival. A minimum funds that will be enough for any country is 1000 EUR. It's including governmental fees for address registration, accommodation and living expenses (taking to the consideration that within the first month there is always more expenses needed to settle at the new place).
For all applicants and their agents it's required to fill following form before arriving and attach all required documents: signed agreement of being informed of mentioned above details, TRP/visa, flight ticket, date of arrival, name of applicant and agent company.
If according to your agreements with clients you are responsible for fees after arrival - funds have to be transferred to our accounts before arrival and the receipt has to be attached to the form mentioned below.
A new request from the employer from Lithuania is about entry to Lithuania thru Riga, Latvia as the pick up from there will be easier for them.
Arriving form
Arriving form is your request as an agent to prepare everything for the arrival of your applicant.
Filling of this form is required for entry to destination country
The employer has a full right not to accept applicant if the form wasn't filled or was filled incorrectly.
This form has to be filled immediately after TRP/Visa is granted and flight ticked bought at least 7 working days before arrival.
Fill the form ONLY according to documents to avoid any issues after arrival.
Agreement of arrival
Arrival agreement has to be signed before filling arriving form and had to be attached for a request.
Agreement has to be filled by both sides, agent and client (person planning to arrive)
Final positions
In case if before arrival our requests described below are not completed - we do not handle any responsibility in front of you, or your clients about their future after arrival to the destination country.
