Each case is very individual, however there are 2 reasons why you might need it. 1 - The Employer made a mistake in your file. If this is the case you may request a mistake change within 3 days from the moment when you receive done file. You are supposed to check all files directly and inform us about possible mistakes. If you have informed us in the correct time there will be no extra charge and we will correct the mistake as soon as possible. Exact time will be provided after we will talk with the employer and they share processing time for your redo. This timing depends on the authority issuing document in which you want to make a correction. For example, the contract is being ssued directly by the employer so change a mistake there will not take much time. However if we talk about any document which is issued or have to be confirmed by th governmental stuctures it mght take longer time. Please keep in mind that you have to check documets directly as we stop accepting requests for the mistakes change after 3 days from receivig moment. 2 - Your document got expired. In both cases extension of those files is available, only in case if the applicant had been registered for the VFS appointment. For Lithuanian program, you have to register your applicant at the Migration website within three months from the moment when you have received a file from us. If the person was registered at Migris (www.migracija.lt) and you have a VFS appointment scheduled you have to inform us 2 weeks in advance before the date of your application about your need in extension and we will process if for you. In this case the redo will be free of charge. If the applicant was registered at Migration website but didn't get appointment within 3 months the cost for the redo will be 50% from the original price. Processing will take 3-4 working days. What to do next you will find below. If you need an extension of Igazolas you will need to submit the request for an extension. 3. I have received documents from the Employer, what to do next?

Congratulations, half of the way is over. Reminding you that you are fully handling processing from this point but we have a couple of tips for you and a short description of the process. For all countries except Lithuania and Hungary you have to simply book the appointmet and prepare your candidate for the Interview at VFS/Embassy. Tips for the interviews you will find below. Reminding you that we DO NOT PROCESS APPOINTMENTS for non of countries. However some of packages might include the appointment from the Employer. If that's included we will inform you in advance. ALL APPLICANTS HAVE TO ARRIVE TO THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION NOT LATER THAN 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE WHEN THE VISA/TRP WAS GRANTED! Lithuania. Processing for this country differs from others. First thing you will need to do is to register your applicant at the Migration website https://www.migracija.lt. Once they are registered you will be waiting about 5-10 days for the verification of all documents by the Migration Service, the application status will change to "Transferred to the external service provider". If you have got this status at the account you may already book your appointment and apply. You have to check very carefully expiration dates for your documents. If the Mediation Letter expires earlier than your application date you have to inform us two weeks in advance for issuing a new document. Right after you receive the updated document you will have to attach it to your Migris account not later than 24 hours before the submission time. Hungary. Please keep in mind that you will receive a full package of documents required from the employer for the Visa application. The Visa will be granted for 30 days, and after this time is over, the employer will be assisting the applicant and handle full responsibility on the updates of his documents to extend it or is change its type. However, it's important to know that you will receive one file called Igazolas. This file is being granted for a group of applicant. Therefore, you have to check the number (FEOR) written in this file and match it with the number (FEOR) written in the second page of the contract received for each applicant that it might be the same or a different number. The Igazolas Can match not one but a couple of contracts so you have to verify, which Igazolas has to be attached to an exact contract. You have to print out the Igazolas and attach it to a needed file. Also, you have to remember that you will have to sign the contract on all pages where the signature is required. In a document called Szallas Nyilatkozat Approximately in the middle of file, there is an underlined line where the applicant have to write his full name and place a signature, that's important to do before your Visa application. The form (Questionnaire) With logo of Hungary has to be also filled, but do not rush to fill it up while you are not at the application centre. If any details in this questionnaire will be missing or will be filled in the wrong way. You will have to refill it again once you are at the office for application (VFS or Consulate). The best thing is just to keep it empty and fill up with the assistance of the Visa officer, while you are applying for a Visa As it has specific details to be filled up correctly. You have to reserve no spot for application date, and as soon as it's booked you have to directly inform us about application over a redo/extension form 3 weeks in advance. Having these details, the employer will be able to issue a new extended Igazolas and give a request, and a confirmation to your Visa centre about waiting for this applicant and expecting his arrival.

4. How can I get a legalisation/apostille/double-legalisation?

For some countries for the Visa or TRP application it's required to have legalised or double-legalised documents. Legalisation (Apostille) is the process to verify a signature, stamp or seal on a document. Apostille is a special stamp that is placed on official documents and confirms their validity and makes the documents valid in the territory of the member states of the Hague Convention of 1961. For the countries included in Hague Convention of 1961 the double legalisation is not required and a simple Apostille may be received from following authorities: - The Ministry of Internal Affairs places an apostille on documents issued by this Ministry and its territorial bodies, except for documents related to the sphere of education and science. - The Ministry of Education and Science shall affix an apostille to official documents issued by this Ministry, as well as its territorial bodies, educational institutions, enterprises, institutions and organizations providing services in the field of education and science or carrying out other activities related to the provision of such services. - The Ministry of Justice places an apostille on documents issued by justice authorities, courts, state archival institutions, penitentiary and probation authorities; as well as on documents executed by state or notary publics of Ukraine. - The State Migration Service puts an apostille on documents issued by this service, its territorial and territorial subdivisions concerning the sphere of migration. - The State Tax Service puts an apostille on documents issued by this service and its territorial bodies. - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs places an apostille on all other types of documents. However if your country is not included in Hague Convention of 1961 you will be required to process a double legalisation. It means that once your document has received a local Apostille you will also need to receive an Apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of destination countries. Keep in mind that the document will be legalised only if it's been translated to the official language of destination country or been issued in English. The Apostille may be processed by mentioned authorities or with the lawyer assistance without being present there personally.

5. My applicant doesn't have a name/last name, will there be an issue?

For most of countries that might not be an issue. Countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary are processing it. However for the Lithuania process it's required from the applicant to have a name and last name. For some applicants who didn't want to change their names in passports and were insisting on processing it as it is we have tried to use father's name as a name or last name (missing data). In some cases it worked, some applications were declined from VFS. Therefore we will not process any files for applicants with no full name (name and last name) until we have a confirmation that all risks in case of decline or reject is on the applicant/clients. In this case redo of files with updated name will be counted as a fully new process.
